Convenient and fairly clean hotel, the staff who served us were outstandingly accommodating, and it had marvellous location in the center of the city. Location: the property was just off all food chains and other shops, the terminal, and adjacent large shopping mall. Went to Jucha Juice Bar for drink or two, set around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Impressive and neat units in our own bedroom. Good location just next door to shops, the deomestic airport and bus terminal. Also, within a mall which is good for people who loves to go shopping.

The room was clean and had free Wi-Fi, also equipped with a safe, television, and a comfortable sitting area, all at a price of $1603.

The location near a mall has been great. Room was sufficiently large and clean.

For a hotel that is part of a large mall chain, you might expect the pressure of the water to be there for showering.

The hotel was a good home base close to the shopping center, domestic airport, and terminal, restaurants, and mall. the staff was outstandingly accommodating and amicable, making the stay pleasant. - the location, just a short stroll away from Gaisano Mall, was particularly magnificent.

I tried to contact the hotel twice, but my requests remained unanswered. Since I was not a guest myself but booked for someone else, I would have liked to pay for the night in advance by credit card. This was not possible due to the inaccessibility of the hotel, which is why I had to give cash to the person I was booking for to pay the hotel. Very annoying and not customer friendly!

The hotel was a good home base in a nice area with convenient access to shopping malls, restaurants, and other commercial establishments. We were given a king room upon arrival, which was comfortable and spacious. Overall, our stay at Go Hotels Butuan was a pleasant experience. the hotel served as a great starting point to explore the surrounding area, as it was conveniently located near various amenities such as shopping malls, restaurants, and department stores. Upon our arrival, we were pleased to be assigned a spacious king room which provided us with a comfortable stay.

The room was big and the bed was also big and for the first time I had no back pain from the hotel bed. If one wanted the room to be cleaned, it was done very well and promptly. Even my sandals had been cleaned with it. For the price it was great.

The location at this place is perfect and enjoyable for those visiting for the first time.
